Thank you for the Great Memories my Grandchildren will be making in the future.  One is 16 months old, and one is 6 weeks old.  This gives them something they will grow into and enjoy for years!

You made this all possible.  As I was looking into another “brand/company” and you emailed me back very promptly and when we talked, you explained the process and the various options for the play sets, delivery, and installation that we were interested in.  You made my decision to go with Play Outdoors Canada an easy and the right decision for me.

I just want to let you know that we had a Great Delivery Experience with your Driver Grant!  Grant kept me informed as to the timing of the delivery, showed up exactly at the time he said he would and put all the boxes and materials in the backyard in one area, so the installer has easy access to it all on Saturday he said.  Grant represents your company very well; he pulled up in a very professional truck and trailer and was friendly and conscientious.

On Saturday Duncan, your installer,  kept me informed as to his timing and he arrived promptly.  He was very professional with his rolling of his Milwaukee “pack out” system for all his tools and various nuts and bolts etc.   Duncan asked a lot of questions to insure our complete satisfaction about the placement of the set, which way we wanted the swings and the slide to go  and the placement of the bell, wheel and binoculars  etc…and he leveled it side to side front to back and made sure it was square to the fence etc…Duncan was by himself, so he did take quite a bit of time, over 11 hours plus travel time!  Duncan was conscientious of the surroundings, he blew the wood chips up, he cleaned the wood splinters from the various holes etc…He asked what time the new baby went down for her sleep so he would not be making noise during that time.  I told Duncan that is not a worry as she sleeps in the front of the house.

There seems to be a pattern or a “culture” in your company of conscientiousness.  It started with Grant, he wanted to ensure everything was close for easy access for the installer.  Next Duncan, his work ethic and the way he worked and the questions he asked.
